Samantha Abbott was a school teacher who lived in Surrey. She had a baby boy, partly to replace the loss of her mum who died. Sadly she suffered from postnatal depression and she took her own life on 6th January 2009, by going to the top floor of a car park in Sutton, Surrey, just a few weeks after giving birth
Her brother Simon, who lives in Jersey has now set up the Samantha Abbott Trust in her memory and to raise awareness of postnatal depression, with a fundraising event being the Jersey Fashion Show, with clothes donated from Victoria Beckham, Naomi Campbell, L...
